Can anyone else actually get their comps to work when booking a room on their site? Their site is terrible!!

My understanding is that comp offers have to be made by phone. As with many other downtown properties, The D and One Club isn’t quite up to the standards of Strip properties, though at least you can see what your offers are.

Correct. You can't book comps online.

    Yup, I had to call.
The website just shows you what is available to you.

Also with D/GG, notice on the floor that there are no kiosks for the player's club. Your view of your account on the web site is accurate up-to-the-second (right after you remove your card from the machine, or your table play has been closed out by the pit critter). Of all of the downtown properties, only the three Boyd properties and the Golden Nugget has the player's club info available both on a kiosk and online (with offers also visible online). The only properties with neither kiosks nor an online view are the Four Queens and Binion's. The Downtown Grand, El Cortez, and the Plaza have on-site kiosks only.

That said, with any downtown property, I would call every time instead of booking online when it comes to gaming offers.
