    Today I received a small letter from The D with very little details and I'm curious if anyone knows more. The words "grand opening" piqued my interest.

    Perhaps they're buying up the souvenir shops toward 4th Street, and moving Mermaid's in there?

    ... that's what I'd like to see, anyway.

    They have a "Grand Opening" celebration every year.
