On a different thread about a month ago I mentioned paying $700+ round trip for tickets from Buffalo to Las Vegas. EB was on top of that . . .

Anyhoo, the sales don't seem to include Buffalo to Vegas very often but given the snow day today I figured I'd check fares. I'm glad I did because the outbound tickets I bought for my mom and one niece dropped a whopping $141 per ticket. I now have a credit for $282.

I thought I'd pass this on for those of you who live in SW cities where the sales don't often apply. I hope some of you have the success that I did!

Thank you for sharing. I get those sale emails almost daily. I keep checking my future flights. Never, ever seen a reduction.

I know folks get them, so keep checking. I never have seen it.

Very rare for me too, and I checked multiple times this weekend. Today. It was BOOM! Almost $300 is a great savings.

And NO change fees to boot. Try that with any other airline... Nicely done!

Worked for Louisville. Two weeks ago I couldn't get a round trip under $450, just found several at $350. Booking tomorrow!

Hasn't worked for me either. During this sale our airfare was over $500 each, which is about $167 more each. Never found anything under $300 from Detroit (won't fly Spirit) this year.

I love SJC for LAS trips. I feel spoiled. I can frequently find $49 fares on a sale.
