I have often thought about skipping the room on my first or last night in Vegas. I'm not sure it would be worth the money to be saved. I try to make sure I get at least 6 hours the first two nights and maybe 4 the last night in Vegas. Lack of sleep can assist in doing something really stupid. I do enough stupid things without being totally sleep deprived.

 

This is the standard for being PAID to write???

Good Lord. I should work for a newspaper and get 'em to pay me for my trip reports!

I have tried the no room thing on the last night, and it sucks. Vegas is a 24 hour place, but when you throw in the airport, travel, etc., it makes for a long day/night. I'll take the cheap room for an extra night anyday.

 

mikey's right.. i would of much rather read mikeys report in the paper(while laughing my ass off) than that one...

 

Well that's 10 minutes of my life I will never get back... that could be the worst Trip Report I have read recently.

 

As a daily reader of the Boston Globe, I concur with what everyone has said.

This is unadulterated crap, and I think, in comparison, the contributors to T2V can take a lot of pride in the accuracy, thoroughness and excellence of our postings.
