Posted in the November Roll Call thread: As many of us will be there over Thanksgiving weekend, I was wondering if more people are interested to do a Meet & Greet on Friday the 23rd, the day after T-Day? I have not thought of any details yet, because first want to verify here, if there is any interest. But if we will get 3-4 or more people together, I will start a seperate thread for it and then we can come up with the details too. These people have shown interest, or are in Vegas on the 23rd: So my bet is, let's just get this party started?!! Regarding the location, I'm trying to think of a place, somewhere on the Strip, where we can just walk in, all sit together and no one is forced to buy expensive drinks, way outside of their budget. Maybe some music would be nice, but not too loud where we can't hear each other talk. Or maybe later in the event, when we had a few drinks. So I have been "walking" up and down the Strip on Google maps, to get ideas and checked out drink menus etc. I did come up with something, but it's just a suggestion and if other people think otherwise, I will totally be fine with anything we decide. As long as we'll be together. What about Bar at Times Square, the piano bar at NY-NY? Happy Hour is from 4-8pm and at that time we can just walk in and all sit together. From previous times I was there, at 4 o'clock it was still empty and the entertainment had not started yet. But the time we were with a bigger group (I think 6-7 or so), they started with the entertainment not long after we arrived (not the dueling piano's, but a singer, doing requests etc, was fun). The "real" entertainment only starts at 8pm, so that gives us enough time to meet and greet and maybe party on when the dueling piano's start. From the website: Happy Hour Daily 4:00-8:00 PM $25 Bud & Bud Light Buckets $6 Ciroc Vodka Cocktails $6 Don Julio Margaritas $5 Bulleit Bourbon Shooters Another few plusses for Bar at Times Square: MyVegas has a reward for it, which is $50 bar credit (you need to have at least one night booked at an MGM property though), if we end up with only a few of us, we could play VP at the bar and drink for "free", or in case we would like to include a slot pull, we are right at the casino. Getting loaded up with grease at Shake Shack is also a plus imo, but that could be just me. So, what's it gonna be, boy? Yes or no (no, no)?
