Thanksgiving at Mon Ami Gabi?

I will be in Vegas with a couple friends for Thanksgiving weekend (arriving 9:30 PM Wed, departing Sun afternoon). They are adamant about spending most of the weekend downtown, but we will be staying at Paris Wed night and I am trying to find a way to use the $75 dining credit that came with my room offer as well as my $100 diamond dinner. Since we will be arriving late and can't get the diamond voucher until the Total Rewards desk opens, our preference would be to just spend Wed night at Yard House and have a reservation at Mon Ami Gabi to use both vouchers for a late lunch and some wine before heading downtown. But I am wondering 1) Can both vouchers be used together (I know that for Mon Ami, the dining credit must also be a printed voucher rather than a room charge)?; 2) Can they be used on a holiday?; and 3) Does Mon Ami have the full menu available on Thanksgiving or only the prix fixe?

If anybody knows the answers to these (or has a suggestion for an alternative use of the vouchers for late Wed or Thanksgiving lunch), any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For #3 was there for last Christmas dinner and they had a full menu available. I'd assume the same would be for Thanksgiving. Hope that helps a little
