We are eating at Tender this trip, before seeing Fantasy. What is a must have dish there?

Their desserts look fantastic from what I've seen on Yelp.

Love Tender. I'm a fan of the Game Tasting trio dish.

Anyone eat there solo? Is there a bar to sit at? Think it's possible for one guy to order enough to take advantage of the myVEGAS 75 off 150$ promo?

I don't believe that there is a bar that you can sit at and eat.

Unless you ordered A LOT of alcohol , or care to take a TON of leftovers back to the room, it's gotta be $150.00 pre tax, so I wouldn't do it, or you'd be ordering a lot of (possibly) wasted food.

You might check the coupons for NYNY. If I was eating solo (which I do a lot) I would rather eat at Center Cut at Flamingo, where the bill would be less than $75.

Didn't care for the Kansas City strip but my wife's filet was great, as was the truffle mash

I vaguely remember walking past a bar inside the entrance, but it seemed more like a waiting area rather than a bar where you'd sit and eat. Order a bottle of wine and that would certainly help. Check out the menu prices online first and see if it would work for you solo.

Yeah it'll be tough without getting a really high end cut and several drinks or a bottle of wine.

I eat there most trips to Vegas and tell friends to budget $50-60 for it.

I did it solo a couple years ago... I got the cheese plate, a couple Manhattans, wagyu ribeye, truffle mac, asparagus, and had no problem hitting $150. Granted, I could barely walk and didn't finish either side but it can be done and enjoyed. I figured it was a good excuse to try things I otherwise wouldn't have. There is a bar at the entrance but nobody was eating there when I was having a drink and waiting.

I ate at the bar there last time with a buddy. Friendly bar tender and a nice setup.

Had the wagyu filet, truffl mac and cheese, ribeye, and some other sides. Have been there three times with the myvegas reward and liked it every go round.

I ate at the bar solo and used the myvegas reward a few weeks ago.

Hit the $150 pre-tax with a salad, Wagyu filet mignon, lobster risotto and a glass of wine. Couldn't finish the side but the meal was very good - would probably try a different steak if I went back, though. Asked for medium rare+ and they got the fringes perfect but the thick spot in the center was essentially rare. Still a very good meal though.
