We used to subscribe to Amazon Prime Video. We used the Amazon app that was loaded onto our Sony television when we bought it. It worked with the service. We cancelled Amazon Prime Video about 2 months ago. We started subscribing again yesterday. The app on our television no long works. I receive the following error message. I tried seemingly everything. Restarted the router, cleared the cache of the app, deleted the data of the app, disabled the app, unplugged the television, called Amazon support, posted on AVS forum, deregistered my device in my Amazon account. All other apps work. Does anyone have an idea what might solve this issue? I would rather not reset the television.
