Tasting Menu?

What do you recommend for a Tasting Menu with some down to earth type of food.
Nothing exotic like snails or stuff like that.

I really like the Prix Fixe at N9ne Steakhouse at Palms and the one at Biscayne at Tropicana.

Table 10 at Palazzo had a nice tasting menu.

We had a great pre-theater meal at Michael Mina at Bellagio. I splurged and added the extra charge for the Lobster Pot Pie. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
