@tringlomane is not going to be happy to hear this. According the Five Hundy by Midnight Facebook group the TAG Bar is going to be closing. The original posters comments were confirmed by Tim Dressen who stated it is to become another restaurant. Was one of my go tos while in Vegas, but I do realize that Vegas is ever changing.

Tring one of my buddies is pretty devastated can you suggest some other bar tops with good comped beer selections? He is a diamond player.

CET afaik...probably the best selection is next door at Harrah's main bar. Catalyst at linq has a resonable amount of taps too, but they got rid of Dogfish 90 min. :( The bar in the lobby near the pool entrance of Flamingo used to have some good choices, but I haven't checked exactly what they had in a while. Bugsys has Sculpin I guess...lol

Other strip casinos...umm...Cosmo is ok. Aria is ok. Bellagio Sports Book had Dogfish 90 min. last time I visited. The Park has Space Dust at least. MGM Grand near Level Up has a few craft selections. SLS had some decent choices at bar near Sportsbook, but it's been a couple of years.

If you really want to splurge on good comped beer, Uber to M Resort and the 32 Degree Draft bar and it's not even close. 96 compable taps. They even gave me Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout for "free" last trip!

I am very saddened by this. I will have many memorial services there next week.

The Linq promenade is gonna suck with all the silly changes their planning. It could have been a fun place, but channeling the Freemont is experience....well some may like it, but I'll just stay in Cosmo as long as the Seminole's don't ruin it.

@tringlomane give TAG a great wake! Maybe O'Shea's leprechaun can dress up as a priest and give it a proper service.

Ugh. We would spent 6+ hours a day, every day of our trips at TAG. One trip we hit 3 royals in a 30 hour period! I have been burned out on Vegas for the past year..... This is not going to help that. :(

@tringlomane Hey, since you are going before they close, will you find out where the beertenders are going? Especially Stan. He's the best. ;)

I'll ask. I'll definitely stop by somewhere else for Stan and the rest of the evening crew. I never was much of a day drinker there. Lol

Do you think the hangover was from the cider, or the other 30 drinks you had?

    ;)
