T minus 9 days

Well, time is getting closer to our trip to LV and it's a trip well needed because of the cold temps in Buffalo. We will be staying at MGM Grand Tower (first time), our sixth trip to LV. I pretty much have things planned out but when you get there things seem to change. We enjoy both the strip and downtown for things to do and places to eat. Some of the places we would like to eat at are Paris, Mirage, Orleans and Gold Coast for breakfast and Orleans, Gold Coast, Aladdin, California (prime rib), Ellis Iland (steak special) and Barbary Coast for dinner. Our budget for the trip will help in deciding places to eat. Shows we are interested in are Folies Bergere, The Second City, Ronn Lucas, Larry g. Jones, Stars of the Strip and maybe the Rat Pack is Back. Does anyone know anything about the show at the Riviera, Rock This Town? Gambling, we enjoy slots (video) and VP (usually 5 cent and quarter in orderto stretch the dollar) and I like 50 cent rouellete and 1$ or 2$ Blackjack that I can play usually for longer periods of time for little amounts of money. We are there for 5 nights and I plan on getting the most of this time. sleep to me is secondary when your in the city that never sleeps. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated. I know that the time will fly by and with my trip report i will fill everyone in on our yearly excursion.

 

Saw the second city show in July. VERY funny stuff. The cast is really talented. We get in on the 31st. Staying at Flamingo. Maybe we'll bump into each other. I'll be the one with a big drink in one hand and a big cigar in the other.
