I can't decide which to go to...
Never been to Vegas for either event. I have free rooms either weekend and an offer for the Ceasers SB party. I a casual fan of both sports, but I'd mainly be going for the atmosphere/experience. I'm a craps player but would shy away from table minimums of more than $15, although I don't mind playing non-peak hours.

    Thoughts?

Championship week has twice as many. That's the week to go bet hoops.

Last year we checked into the Cosmo on Super Bowl Sunday around 2pm. When I went to the casino, which was before the game, the lowest craps table I could find was $50. After the game started they went down to $15. After the game was over all were either $50 or $100 minimum.

MM crowd is more diverse with fans from most of the teams playing. Most folks are wearing their team shirts & you get interaction from them about games, teams, etc....Fantastic atmosphere & fun time. Other than missing pool weather.....it is our favorite time in LV.

If I had to pick one I'd definitely take MM. But I would be one to make a lot of bets and sit and watch games all day. As a casual fan you may not be into that. If that's the case maybe the SB is the way to go for you. One and done.

Is it too early for pool weather? I've only done the Vegas pool thing once and really enjoyed it.

Thanks for the input from all. This is quite helpful. Any feedback on the Ceasers SB party?

I agree with championship weekend....Not as crowded, ton of games to bet, and you can actually go to some of the games....

It depends on how big of a fan you are. I went to MM last year, but with a group of 10, and we reserved tables so we had a place to sit and drink all day. And I had bets on every game, and dozens of ridiculous parlays. If you're primarily betting craps, the one issue will be how crowded the tables are during either SB or MM - it can be hard to find a spot, unless you're the type to be up at 6am and play from then until 10-11 in the morning. And as others have said, the table mins will be steep. I had fun for MM, but if I wasn't with a large crew and didn't place a lot of sports bets I'd pick a different less crowded time to visit.

Have done a couple of March Madness weekends in the past few years. Usually in a group of 6 or more and we have had awesome weekends. As mentioned by others, fun betting on all the different games.

Trying Superbowl this year! Looking forward to it.

I've done both and each has its merits.

As previously mentioned table mins will definitely be higher for SB. Sports book lines will be insane for both. Make sure to get your bets in well ahead of time or else you'll be camping out in huge lines.

Being a huge football fan and sports bettor I love SB because of the fact j can bet higher than I feel comfortable doing with an offshore book. Plus the atmosphere is top notch and the prop bets make it really fun.

MM's atmosphere is also intense but rather than just one day it is non stop for four days. Table mins are lower and you will be able to find open spots easier than SB weekend (even with the jacked up mins).

I'm doing both this year. Can't wait!

Have fun with whichever option you choose.
