The game is almost here! Even though the bulk of prop lines will not be released until later this week, I'm going ahead and starting a thread for all discussion of player and game props on the big game. if you want to discuss the spread, over/under, and the game itself, there is a separate thread for those discussions.

    Enjoy!

I imagine the "Brock Purdy Rushing Yards" will get a look after tonight's game!

I’m going to probably do a Kelce/Kittle First Touchdown Scorer & an Anytime Touchdown Scorer for them too.
I kicked myself in the ass for not taking Kelce as the First Touchdown today after talking about it this morning. :blah:

Moody to miss an extra point could be lucrative.

Can you explain what this means? What does Pat McAfee have to do with the coin toss?

He was notorious for betting 30k on the coin toss and getting it wrong.

Kelce to score a TD yesterday was money... Kittle on the other hand was a non factor, stat wise, against the Lion defense...

Maybe this is the year when I will finally do a Prop Parlay. Like, over on length of national anthem, plus tails on the coin toss, plus red on Taylor Swift's outfit, plus Geico for first commercial.

Take the under, she will be performing in Japan. As long as you count in the stadium shots

Yeah we were looking at the math the other day because some stupid Facebook article that spammed M's wall questioned if she could make it. She's got plenty of time to get to Vegas.

Not sure if you're joking, but I've never seen "no safety" allowed to be added in a Same Game Parlay.

I might take no safety and no scorigami though if the prices are right. Last year I didn't love them I think.

No scorigami definitely was a great bet in 2021 on Fan Duel. I should have bet way more than I did. I was a pussy newb at sportsbetting and only bet $30. Ugh. It should have been hundreds at least.

I meant, why not add safety to the parlay? Seems to happen in most super bowls I see.

You're not watching enough, lol. There was an uptick in recent years, but that was an anomaly. I think about 15% of super bowls have had a safety (because of the uptick in the last decade). But that's about twice the usual average for a safety in an NFL game

Vgas books also downgraded the payouts on safety thanks to the Denver/Seattle super bowl. Even though they took some sizeable bets form the pros on the No Safety prop, the books offered good returns on not only Yes Safety but also First Score Safety. The books and the pros all got killed on the first scrimmage play of the game!!! Ever since then, the books have made the payouts less attractive on that bet
