Summer's Out of Sight - 7/4 - 7/8 - starting with Cosmo!

Hello friends, enemies, and everyone!

It's about that time. Summer is upon us, travel is in full swing, people are yearning for a sense of normalcy.... I just need a fuckin' break.



It's been a crazy anxiety-inducing couple weeks/past month or so for me. Work has been fuckin' insane - overworked, pulling most of the load, but getting zero credit and just....it's a shitshow.

I just lost my other original Betta, Stormy, on the 2nd.

Coupled with the stress of still figuring things out for the future and where I want to land by fall, where do I see myself - but for now, this trip, is just an adventure with this dude, @MCann .
He flew in last night and while I had a laundry list of cool shit for us to do (Amoeba Records! Museums! Hollywood!) all we managed to do was grab dinner at one of my favorite restaurants.

But that was just fine, because the mac n cheese at Kitchen24 was so worth itttttt. It's the best, and I hadn't had it in nearly 2 years after eating it on the regular for 8 years prior.




Plus, they have these rad chandelier things!


Then we just came home and vegged at my place after a quick run to the store. Played Poke'mon Snap all evening and it's been fun, now just a relaxing morning.

My mom just arrived to watch the kitties, so we are almost ready to go!
