I do have flying skills, but the reason I mention the hardware has more to do with how different the experiences are in one cabin to another. For example, the Delta 767-400 is light years ahead of the Delta 767-300 in both technology and comfort up in first class. And the AA 787 dreamliner 800 and 900 variants likewise have different manufacturer 1st class cabins, although both are great. AA has Airbus A321's ranging from old brown and blue striped USAir canvas seats with no amenities to leather seats with USB and AC plugs and 14" video screens. Those details make a big difference to me on long flights, and it's really more of a frequent traveler thing, seeking the lesser of evils if one must spend > 5 hours in a pressurized tinfoil tube. But I have flown a few planes too lol

Umm...luxor, Excalibur, NYNY, Aria, and Bellagio. Dont recall the hours but they've expanded quite a bit since a year ago, pretty much back to normal. Most were open until anywhere from 10pm to midnight depending on the day, but I dont recall specific hours at specific properties

Your description of staying there is about what I thought. Back in the Ice Age when I still stayed on the strip, I thought about ExCal as a frugal option. The thought of my couple of visits reminded me that I didn't want to gamble there or deal with the crowds.

I’ve never seen a $20 craps table, so weird.

I really enjoyed following along on your adventures. Being a Quick hit junkie myself all the QH pics made me salivate. Especially since I haven't been in a casino since Feb of 2020! Thanks for all the Lux pics as well.

As always, a very entertaining report. Thanks for sharing your trip. Loved it!

Something I noticed in the photos - while you were with @luck.ofthe.draw you appeared happy and relaxed. Alone you appeared to be a little less relaxed. You make a great couple.

That was dinner at Lakeside with @Flowers @eliza @luck.ofthe.draw and "friend from NY" and was for sure one of my favorite parts of the trip. That dessert was cookies and cream baked Alaska and it was phenomenal! As was almost everything else I tried there. We had a great spot for viewing the lake of dreams shows, too!

I figured you probably had, but I suppose as someone who also flies 5+ hours for a nonstop cross-country to Vegas, I'm more of the lets-have-nonstop- flight as opposed to getting a snackbox and a few "free" drinks for $1,000 more lol. Either way, everyone has their thing so I'm not one to judge. Glad you had what appears to be an awesome trip!

Wearing shorts in first class! That's so North Florida! Just kidding, I do appreciate you wearing "common folk" clothes on the way home!

No reason to go home yet.

Yah, non stop flights for me only go to Miami, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Dallas. No such thing as non stop to Vegas or anywhere in the west for that matter, just a spoke airport anywhere near me. And again, from here, economy is 600-800 base fee normally, plus a lot of extra nickel and diming in economy.

Yah I just wore my casino hopping clothes because I had my luggage checked for a few hours between rooms and never opened my suitcase again after 1030am when I packed it up. I had intended to shower and change before hitting the airport but decided I needed to gamble more instead lol
