That's annoying, and I hope that them giving her the runaround leads to it being escalated there, too.

I definitely wouldn't give out her details, either. Glad you've got someone from the Wynn fighting your corner.

Regarding multiple bookings per month, we've only ever been able to book one trip at a time, even when before they started all the VIP levels and lower night numbers for lower levels etc.

I'd have hammered it on my annual/bi-annual trips if that wasn't the case.

You can book 2-4 nights depending on vip level, stay somewhere else for one night, then book another 2-4 nights. I was planning on doing that after they forced you to have vip 3 and 2 nights at a time...

I bought into level 2, then had to buy into level 3.

I know 2 for 3, 3 for 4, 4 for 5. You can do another reservation, but only after the first.

Several people have noted that the calendar opened up the night before they checked out, and they were able to book a room for the following days, while they were still at the hotel.

Well looks like we are going to have just book a 2 night stay (or 3 nights if you're at L3). I just don't think Torpedo Labs is going to be able to sort all this out, I really don't.

Do you have some sort of confirmation or just being pessimistic again?

Feel free to wait until hell freezes over if you want. They're clearly dragging their feet on this.

Lol of course. Why would I be optimistic when it comes to Torpedo Labs?

I really hope you’re wrong Juan. I just sent them an email asking when they will start re-scheduling again, so I can rebook my 4 nights that were cancelled in March. I’m trying to be optimistic.

They owe me a 4 night stay (in my mind at level 3) but with the changes I have booked a 2 night stay for December but again that is starting to look very dodgy as we may not be allowed to travel to the USA from the UK for what appears to be neglect in dealing with the virus in the USA ( and I don’t mean the casinos)

I hope I'm wrong too but its just my sense of where things are going. I just get the feeling they have no idea how to implement what they want to implement. And, at some point, they may just say screw it (and in the process screw us). If they do, there sure are going to be a lot of chargebacks though.

Novak on the Wynn slots tips and tricks page says he just got more email confirmation that they are working on this problem and are still guaranteeing that they will rebook all those who had 4 night stays booked before the whole Crowns thing changed. Why not be patient and, as Marky147 has done, simply book a two-night stay while their team works on the problem?—obviously there were many players involved.

You know, you can certainly criticize the lab for taking away benefits, but you cannot blame them for the pandemic and the havoc it has wreaked on players who had booked 4 consecutive nights before changes. If there had been no pandemic this would have been a moot point and you would have already done your Wynn stay. So, please give them time to work it out and not simply cry in your beer and accuse them of some conspiracy that robbed you of something that was FREE anyway.

I spent money and haven't gotten what I paid for so I will absolutely complain and cry and stomp my feet and act like a baby if I have to. I'm going to book my 2 night stay by the end of my window as that's probably all I'm going to get at this point.

You keep saying "be patient be patient." At what point is it fair my patience to run out? I'm starting to think you work for Torpedo Labs because you defend them left and right.

But seriously, at what point would it be fair for my patience to run out? Marky said July 4 when we discussed early in June. So I guess Wynn could still hit that mark but I sure wouldn't count on it.

Thinking after the pandemic is over and regular operation of the hotel has begun—next year maybe.

Sheesh, are you really that hot to get back to Vegas right now with all the restrictions? I'm still on the fence for my trip and even if I do go, thinking strongly of simply putting in my sports and race bets without spending much time in the casino at all. I'm thinking day trips to Zion and Charleston and then returning to my plush room at the Wynn. Basically just to get back to Vegas and walk down the strip, social distanced, of course.

Next year?????? It's going to take Torpedo Labs another 6 months to figure this out? You've got to be kidding me man! I'm sorry but that is ridiculous.

I'm planning to hit up Sedona/Death Valley/Zion in September and yes I want to hit up Vegas after that.

Yeah, I'm not expecting it to be then, given how things have played out in the last month since opening.

I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up having to close again at some point. I see they lost the hockey earlier, and I imagine Wynn is probably not going to be trying to facilitate extra comp bookings, on what I expect is reasonable demand for themselves. I know my comp disappeared after opening.

I'm not even worrying about it presently. I've made other arrangements for my December trip, but have 3 nights booked on the most expensive nights of my hopeful November trip for HGS. I want my four nights, and will push it, but it's way down my list of priorities at present.

I'l try and get 4 nights chucked into my WSOP 2021 trip, and if not, I'll have to investigate ways to escalate it then. As said, not that urgent at the moment, and I found it hard to get that excited about even when I was going to be trying to use the nights this year.
