I believe they just started their mini residency at the Venetian. I plan to catch their final show on April 29th.

Anyone on the board seen the current Reelin' in the Chips performance?

    Just curious, I'll go anyway.
    Thanks

Saw them a few years back at an Indian casino. Great show. Great music. You should enjoy.

I attended the April 19 show and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The theatre is very nice with comfortable seats. I was in the first row of section 5 and had a clear view of the stage. The band sounded terrific even though Fagan can't hit the high notes anymore. They have 3 background singers who cover very nicely for his aging pipes. The band is tremendous, particularly the guitarist and drummer. The setlist is a mixture of hits with a few deeper cuts thrown in. After the show I started thinking about all the big hits they didn't play, and there's quite a few. No Deacon Blues, Do It Again, or Peg.

The show started a few minutes after 8pm but I wouldn't show up late. It took them a while to seat everyone. I could not see into the balcony but down on the main floor almost every seat was taken. There was a swag stand but everything seemed pretty overpriced. They played one encore and overall I think it lasted about 2 hours.

    Enjoy the show!

Thanks for the great review. Can't wait for Saturday night. For the Dan, there is no deep cut to me.
