Ok, so I love me some steak. So here's a pop quiz for places with good steak (assuming that the price is for just the steak). NY Strip, Sirloin, Filet or Ribeye etc.

Best steak for $15 or less...

Best steak for $25 or less...

Best Steak for $40 or less...

Best Steak for $60 or less...

Best Steak for $80 or less...

Best steak for more than $100

    Go...

Bob Taylor's Ranch House. I would say $40 or less per person and that includes salad and side.

Golden Steer, IIRC $40-50 range, and IIRC salad was extra. (I was not buying.)

under $60 per person. All you can eat Brazilian Barbeque at Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil.
Steaks such as Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, Lamb Steak, all kinds of meat... trust me you won't be disappointed.

    Under $80
    SW Steakhouse - Wynn
    Strip Steak - Mandalay Bay

    Under $60
Capital Grille - Fashion Show Mall
    BLT - Bally's

    Under $40
    Redwood - California

There are plenty of others that I haven't tried like Carnevino, Craftsteak, Cut (the one in Beverly Hills was good; Wolfgang was there), STK, Jean Georges, Andiamo's, Circus Circus, Ruth's Chris (my favorite in the state of CA), N9ne, etc.
I have tried other places that were good also like Smith & Wollensky's (being renovated), GR, Prime, and Strip House
