been to the Gordon Ramsay restaurant 2 times and food always good! How does Cut measure up or Delmonico at Venetian to Steak at Paris? Thinking could walk to the ones at palazzo, I think? Never been to palazzo so not clear on the layout.

    Thank you!

Dozens of threads on this topic - I am big fan of GR - but both Cut and Del are notch above IMO

    Can't go wrong.

Food is top notch at all 3. The main difference is atmosphere.

Delmonico decor and menu a bit more classical.
    CUT a bit more modern.

Both CUT and Delmonico would be a better place for a romantic dinner. If that doesn't matter, its just down to preferences (something new vs old reliable, looking online at menus).

Haven't been to GR or Steak but have been to Del and Cut. Hands down Cut was the best steak I've ever eaten anywhere. Domestic Waygu strip. Del is also very good but my nod goes to Cut.
