I'm stealing this quote from the "What's Your New Craze" thread. Sorry for singling you out, EastCoast. I've seen a lot of people saying that one of the hard things about this quarantine is not being able to go to the gym. I have my own exercise routine that I call Yoga-lates. It's a combination of yoga, Pilates with some hand weights and ball exercises. I also have a recumbent exercise bike, but I hate it. My husband was concerned about keeping fit during the winter, without his mountain bike club group rides in the yucky months. I got a website from my physical therapist that had this fantastic interface. You could select the time, intensity, types of exercise, etc and then it would create a workout for you. Of course, now that I want this information, I can't find it and Dan doesn't even remember me giving him the URL. I sent her an email to see if she could tell me again, but I thought I'd throw it out here and see if anyone had suggestions. How you are staying fit and exercising while stuck at home with no gym access?
