I got my first offer from them. A few nights in the hotel comped, some free play and food (monthly offer). Does anyone know if a stay is required in order to use the free play and food credit?

What month(s) did the offer cover? I'm wondering when the Nov./Dec. offers are being sent.

We got our Nov/Dec over the weekend. I found it odd because I don't see those offers online yet. No change from Sep/Oct though so that's good. $300 FP per month. Feels like they are trying to pick up some business from 4Q now that 4Q is cutting back.

I haven’t gotten mine yet either. Definitely not normal.

My wife and I both received our mailers for Nov/Dec this past Saturday. Does not show up yet in the app.

I believe mine increased. I use to get like $20 of FP at The D and $10 at GG. I’m now getting $100 a month and my food is up from $40 to $70. Same room offer, two nights at the D or three at GG and a room rate offer for two nights at Circa.

I am not staying at any of the Stevens properties on my next trip but did see on the Club One website that I have a $15 November Food and Beverage credit as well as a $10 Freeplay credit and I was wondering if that is tied to a room reservation? It's not a big deal, but free is free so if it is independent of a hotel stay I might as well use it.

    Thanks in advance.

It is not. You can use it whenever during the offer period.

I'm also curious if ur offers get dinged if you use the free food credit offer without playing. Wouldn't wanna have to gamble $500 to justify my $15 food credit :wiggle:

What comp category are you? I'm E1 and also get the $10/$15 starting in January.

    Thanks for the responses.

I am a pretty low level Video Poker player. I typically play anywhere from 2-4 hours per day on .25 denominations at the Vue Bar so I'm not sure exactly what my coin-in would entail. It might affect future offers but I typically stay at the Golden Nugget or El Cortez depending on comps from those places anyway.

my personal advice is go for it, but play at least a hundy on something, if you no play,
you'll (eventually?) get a no play followup offer, but IMHE, club one is relatively generous and slow to take you down. (ask @maxev)
But I at least try to give them appropriate action for the offers.

(no more Circa comps from host RN but I've been lowplaying and can do everywhere else [pass this trip] and still get decent FP/FC offers.)

When I look at my comps online, it's the code at the end of my hotel offer. A is best, F is worst/lowest. I just recently got bumped up.

I’m on the AA-offer (apparently there’s an A+ as well). You can use without room, comps are auto loaded on your cards but I never do without playing my normal daily amounts.

my Nov/Dev Food & Bev Credit is $110 once per offer period, so $220
and $400 in Free Slot Play, $200 ea month. My Code is A4S

I played my $200 FP in on Oct 31, but also run some bucks through.
I did not use the food offer, this time.
Also, I havn't stayed in the hotel, all year.

My Jan/Feb offers, still the same.

Interesting I have a NOV23B3 offer. $100 freeplay, $70 food and beverage. Circa member rate 2 nights free the D or 3 at GG. I think it’s a slight bump up as I use to only get Mon-Thu at the D and about half the food and freeplay.

Would love to know how these codes break down - AA, A4, AAS? Probably all top rated players, but what differentiation is the coding reflecting with the suffixes?
