MyVegas Station Room-told wrong?

Just grabbed the Red Rock room reward. States must be redeemed by Jan. 1. I was always under the impression that meant booked. Call myvegas, asked for a supervisor and was told you have to STAY by Jan. 1. Is that correct?

Or the contract hasn't been extended for Station's participation in the game past January 1 or that batch of rewards have to be used by that time for some accounting reason.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Station rewards update in January along with their pricing.

No Hogman, in my 5+ years of using MyVegas, the redemption date for hotels was only the date you had to call and make the reservation by, not the actual date you had to have stayed.

I don't know anything about my vegas hotel redemption. I just saw your thread title and was curious.
