How was the Aquatic Club? Do you have to pay to be there?

Just using my phone for photos. iPhone 6s.

Aquatic Club was great. Perfect for our group of early 30's not looking to pick up. Really fun music that we connected with without the price tag of a big name DJ.

The F+B minimum was $1,000. We had 9 people but could have had up to 12. A good deal compared to other day clubs if you are going to have some beverages. That might sound like a lot but it is about 20%-30% of what you'd pay for the same set up at Encore Beach Club.

After Aquatic Club I played craps at Venetian and won $780, mostly due to a 6 Repeater hit. Then moved over to Wynn to a high limit room to play $100 BJ (S17). Started out well and was even up $400 but deteriorated and ended up losing my remaining cash. Down $4k for the trip. However, I have to say the service was incredible, and if I'm going to dump $1600 to 5 card dealer 21s and the like, I want it to happen at the Wynn. Just in a class above the rest.

Well, early to bed and early to rise isn't the typical Vegas mantra, but I find it hard to adjust from East a coast time for a short trip so here we are. After less than four hours of sleep Saturday morning, and drinking for more than 12 hours, I called it a night at midnight and my wife graciously joined me. Heading over to Aria now to play some poker while my wife sleeps. Brunch is at 10 at Bardot.

Lago was excellent. They were very accommodating of our group of 9 that didn't full assemble and get seated for an hour past our reservation time. Watching the fountains out the windows while enjoying a nice dinner is really just a great experience. We didn't order, but just asked the waiter to bring the right amount of food for the group and accommodate two vegetarians and one shellfish allergy. And they did, for under $90 pp all in, including drinks! I really like that they did not take that as a signal to send out way more food than we'd want. Much kudos.

I only stayed at Fizz for maybe 45 minutes, but it was a good time. Not at all crowded on a Saturday night, either. For $50 pp minimum spend, they had a huge booth waiting for us they could have seated 12. No line or wait, as opposed to the literally thousands of people we passed waiting to get in Omnia.

Caught aces on my third hand and then made trip jacks on AJ and have doubled up my $300 buy in.

Apparently after I tucked myself into bed the group actually went to Omnia. Will have to get those details later, but I'm sure they had a great time and spent too much money.

Slowly bleeding back, now $600 from my original $300. Spent $125 to suss out that my KK were way behind AQ with two queens on the flop before correctly folding.
