Specialty Buffet Nights mean? Specifically GOLDEN NUGGET ITALIAN

So, I realize that most Buffets now have 'Specialty' nights during Dinner hours... (a great excuse to add a few dollars to the admission price!)

Many seem to have a variety of foods, some seafood, some Italian, some Asian, on each and every night. But, I am wondering if anyone here knows what constitutes "ITALIAN NIGHT" extra offerings at the Golden Nugget...
