Can anyone comment on the CET spa's? I have seen some deals for massage packages on sites like groupon however I am a diamond member and have free access. Does not include services but just wondering if there is a better deal to be had considering the diamond status.

Diamond also receives 15% off or 20% off I forgot. Last year my girlfriend went to Ballys spa and they had a special $145 massage for 20% off and than because she's diamond she got a bit of a deal so it ended up being under $100 for a 50 min massage.
She prefers the massage at Bally's oppose to Planet Hollywood.

Qua at Caesars is by far the best CET spa. I haven't gotten any of their services but their wet areas (tubs, sauna, steam rooms, etc.) are awesome. I've also used the wet areas at the Flamingo and Ballys spas. They are a bit old school but get the job done.

In the fine print it says mandatory 16% service charge, is this a tip or should a tip be given also?
