If SWA flight tickets have been purchased two days prior will SWA Vacations allow you to book a package deal even though it's been two days ? Are you able to still book a deal like "saveonall" ?? Thnx

I know that SW vacations has a there own site and you book through them. I don't think you could add a hotel to a flight that you have already booked, I think you would have to cancel the flight and rebook thru SWA vacation site. I am not 100% about that just how I think it works.

I can't speak to the SW vacations specific issue, but I would check your emails. When we used to book SW out there normally a day or two after booking the flight we'd get an email containing some offers for entertainment. In that email there is normally a "need a hotel for your trip?" or similarly titled section. Click that link and you can find deals for about any hotel on or off strip. Some have been absolutely fantastic deals. I know if we didn't get comp rooms there were deals on there better than I found anyplace else.

No, they're separate entities and basically walled off except for buying Early Bird and checking in for a flight.

Inside 24 hours, you could have cancelled your flight and gotten a refund, but after that, you can only bank the travel funds. But you can't use travel funds on Southwest Vacations, you'd have to lay out new money.

Best thing to do is probably log into the regular Southwest site and poke around. Or like Fuzzy said, click on a link in your confirmation email.

Chuck's right, now that he says that I remember first time I ever booked with SWA I tried to call and get my flight credited toward a vacations package I found later - and they told me the same thing he states. Thanks for the reminder, I had forgotten they are indeed two separate entities.
