My trips aren't very interesting, so I don't have anything useful to put in a trip report. But I enjoy seeing other VP porn here, so I wanted to contribute. :poker:

Is there anything better than being dealt a premium hand? Ok, sure, being dealt a royal on that Cosmo progressive would be THE BEST, but I enjoyed these.

Bellagio - After the previous hit, I bumped it up to quarters & played for a little while longer and then got this. I think the last 3-4 trips now I've had big wins @ Bellagio & have cashed out before giving it all back. Now if only I could do that at other casinos...

Wynn - This was one of the few winning hands I had @ the Wynn. And boo - when did they drop to 7/5 paytables? :cuss:

Cosmo - Many hours of VP this trip, think I had 4 to a royal maybe 2-3 times. Glad one finally paid off.

Cosmo - Put $100 into the machine, this was the first hand I was dealt. Note that this is on the DSTP machine with the crappy 7/5 paytable. There are several others in the casino that are 8/5 @ dimes, and might be 9/5 @ quarters.

Cosmo - Mentioned this new VP variant in another thread. This sort of win made it my new favorite

Nice hits! Definitely a nice run with Dream Card.

As for Cosmo the DSTP at the bars is 8/5 DDB for dimes, iirc. But I think you have to bet 50c level to get to 9/5 DDB.

    Nice!

I love me some Dream Card and 3 out of 5 kickers is pretty sporty. You gotta watch Dream Card though; the first 2 pics are of the "old" Dream Card, where the third pic is of the "new" Dream Card.

In the new version, when you get a dream card, 3 sets of hands are evaluated "behind the scenes" and the best of those 3 starting hands will be dealt to you. So, when the dream card does appear you are more likely to get something good. But, that comes at the cost of a much reduced dream card frequency.

I tried some new Dream Card on my last trip and it scarfed up hundos like no tomorrow - playing 3 play quarters.

Yeah, that was my experience as well. Didn't realize there was any difference between the 2 versions. When does the older one spit out a dream card?

Completely randomly. How often it comes depends on the game played. DDB is 31% I think. The return is 96.66% for 7/5.

In the new version it is 14% frequency for DDB, with a return of 96.56% for 7/5.
