Just had this email from Social Rewards......
Now whats the best way to keep an account active while living in the UK ?

The Caesar's Social Rewards Program will be closing March 15

It's been a fun ride and we've given away over $5 Million in Caesars Total Rewards Credits over our 6-year run but our time here is now drawing to a close. We will now be focusing our efforts on our newest product: www.SelfieW.me. and will be expanding our free movie selfie booths Nationwide in the near future. We invite you to check us out if you happen to find us in a movie theatre near you.

We want to thank you for your patronage from the bottom our hearts for supporting us over the last 6 years. We will be processing the last of the Total Rewards credits on March 15 so please turn in your remaining Social Rewards points by then for conversion into Total Rewards credits.

Thank you,

Joe and Mike

I had an email this morning telling me that the Social Rewards program will close on 15th March.

I don't think I will have time to get another 1000 points in that time, but I'm going to try.

I got that email too! Well it was a great program even though I only got around $50 out of it. I'm up to 890 so I think I can make it!

Didn't receive the email. Can someone copy and paste? I'm a little over 800, so hopefully I'll be able to cash out once more.

Here's the copy and paste. I have no clue what they are thinking with the selfie booth thing...

Sad that they are ending the social rewards program. With the era of charging even for parking and increasing the resort fees, this was bound to happen. I did make use of this program while it lasted. Will have to wait and see what the new initiative is all about.

I don't think I will make it up to another 1000. Wonder if they will consider doing partial points if they are shutting down.

I think it is more so the third party company that ran Social Reward will no longer be offering their platform. They are instead focusing on photo booths that allow you to place yourself into a movie scene or other image with a film character.

I'm going to Las Vegas in mid-October. All my Rewards points will expire in September. I was transferring 1000 points each 3 months, but now it's over. Any of you have a solution to extend it till my trip. You can send me a PM.

I wonder if tubes and shares will refresh up until then? I am close and if they do I may make another 1000.

If you are american you can just get the TR card. Or go to a local CET casino.

If not, there is the TR marketplace. Or find someone going earlier willing to put a point on your card (note that if done in vegas this could preserve your points but hurt your comps/rates)

I'm in the same boat with points. After two shares today, I'll be at 805. There are a few shares on the horizon, plus the rest of my hashtags will be back online. I think if the tubes refresh decently, I'll be fine. We've made out quite well with this program. If I don't get this last ten, I'll end with having earned $220 and my SO ending with $120 earned.

For those looking for ways to keep your points alive, Shock mentioned TR Marketplace, but also look into Total Rewards Dining if restaurants in your area support it and/or TR Locally.

I totaled at least $540 in RCs (likely more, as I started when O’Sheas and the Quad were in the program) since 2012, and my wife has totaled at least $380.

It’s been a good run; I can’t complain. I have 360 points right now and my wife 500 points. Can I redeem more in the last three weeks? Likely not, but I’ll give it a shot just in case. I doubt that we’ll be able to redeem partials, but who knows…

I wonder if they will just let you redeem whatever you have at the end and not have to be in increments of 1000

Got the email, too. Just turned in another 1000 a couple weeks ago.

On an unrelated note, I e-mailed support about a non credit on a purchase from November, and after about a week and a half or so, they finally corrected it...overly so. I just emailed them back out of good conscience and will, and because it was probably some new person who has no idea how the process works. In the end, it was obviously going to be spent at their properties, but still...
