They really needed something like this, the resort is lacking in casual, fast dining during the day. Although 6 is a lot of stuff to open

I agree with fast casual, though service at Jaleo and China Poblano can be pretty fast if ya want it to be!

I love a majority of the food options at Cosmo (moreso than any other property alone), and like the fact that my dining can take me to the next tier. Looking forward to this next installment of noms. :feedme:

Fast at china poblano probably costs 50-100 percent more than this is likely targeting is part of it.

Will the market support that many?

I'm hearing 'Food court', although I suppose they're too posh to call it that :D

It sounds awesome though, can't wait to try it!

They did need a bunch of places like this. Love the property...need more quick food choices.

Wow... 2 from my neck of the woods! If LV Pok Pok is like Portlands, great thai food, but NO PAD THAI, he won't go there.

It's a cool food court with better/neat options. I like how they are all regional places and looking forward to some hot chicken.

If they space the hours and stay open late they'll make a killing.

I believe the article said the six new spots will be next to Marquee day club? Just in passing by last year, it didn't appear to be a very large area there.

Not exactly on subject, but in mentioning restaurants at Cosmo, has anyone tried Blue Ribbon which is a relatively new place at Cosmo? Your opinion of the place? We're thinking of trying it next week.

    Um, yeah. I will partake.

There are other properties that desperately need new food choices like these.

Looks like that is going to be one of his Pok Pok Wing concepts. If so, the menu is pared down to bao buns, papaya salad, and Ike’s wings. All still delicious but your missing out on the boar collar from the OG restaurant.
