Shuttle to M Resort via Tropicana Hotel

    Been to M Resort and would like to go again. However, I don't drive and will be going solo this weekend. So I read on their site that they offer shuttle service from the Tropicana Hotel. I didn't see on the site that it's exclusively just for guest.

    Has anyone ever taken it from the strip? And if so, is it true I don't have to be a guest and how reliable are arrival and departure times listed on the schedule.
