Is it worth pumping money into a select property {CET} as a Diamond member. Should I spread it around and give up Diamond.

well, that's an impossible question to answer with the limited information in your post.

The general answer I will give is - It Depends! If you only occasionally gamble and travel to vegas infrequently, then platinum is probably fine. If on the other hand you gamble frequently, and go to vegas several times a year and stay for more than 3 or 4 days when you do go, then diamond has more benefits.

The first time computers and slot clubs made comps available to a low roller such as myself, I read a few words of wisdom. If the desire for a comp causes you to change your play, they have won. I remember one time banging away at a video poker machine at Hooter's for about an hour to get a t-shirt, a free drink, and twenty dollars free play. I did not need a t-shirt, any CW would have given me a free drink, and I already played the twenty dollars. For Diamond players, just scale up.

I am not sure of the question.

Do you make use of any Diamond Benefits that you care about - lounge is about the only one I can think of worth much.

Where do you LIKE to play?

I would surely not pump money into any casino just to make a tier level. The tier levels get you very little. Pretty much all COMPS come from your play, not tier level.

Comps come from tier level quite a bit. Here are a few:

- avoiding resort fees
- diamond lounge access
- two free show tickets per month
- club admission
- cutting lines at the cashier, taxi, buffet, etc.
