While searching for restaurants I stumbled upon Shang Artisan Noodle as it is close to The Orleans. Searching the forums I only found a couple of posts by @westie for reviews.

I wanted to find out if any board members had visited, your experience, and what some favourite dishes were.

The reviews from Yelp seem to be pretty great.

I haven't been there, but since no one's replying, I'll give my take using the Yelp photos (based on my experience with Southern California Chinese restaurants).

They don't seem to put much sauce on their noodles, which is atypical for many Chinese restaurants, and the soup looks to be lighter in flavor. I would say it seems slightly Westernized based on the ingredients used and the meticulous way that the food is presented. However, I would say it's worth a visit if you're not willing to go too far from The Orleans, especially since it looks a lot better than Ondori Asian Kitchen.

If you are willing to go farther to eat Chinese food, I wholeheartedly advise eating at the Chinese restaurants at the Lucky Dragon.

Shang Artisan Noodle is a lunch spot for me. I enjoy it more than nearby ramen houses. I like the knife cut noodles better than the hand pulled too. My only complaint is the meat can be chewy (beef or pork). Wait staff doesn't seem to stay put long, and attention varies as a result.
