Love your vlog and all your pics and details. Living vicariously through all these trips reports until the Canada US border reopens, whenever that may be. But until then, looking forward to more. Plaza room looks really nice, maybe I'll venture down there and check it out when I'm allowed in. Is there a fridge in the room?

So far I'm not hitting anything at Plaza. I expected the vp tables to be better, but they are same as on the strip. Booo

The Plaza room looks great! Did you get a special Rudies rate? I’d love a picture of the evening view if you remember. I want to stay there next Summer!

@Astribling Any chance you could get a good picture of the Silver Strike machine at the plaza? I got my dad some Silver Strikes for Christmas, but wanted to include a nice picture of the machine in the box.

Loving the TR so far! We just missed you as we were there for 9 days and flew back in last sunday.

Plaza started out rough. Nothing was hitting. Then I found an extra draw frenzy machine and won it all back plus! Taking a break now with some Pop up pizza. Yum! And got to meet Mike! Sweet guy. Watch for him in a vlog to come! 20200910_145327.jpg 20200910_142811.jpg 20200910_140706.jpg 20200910_140656.jpg

The way you do Vegas is so similar to mine! No wonder you enjoy my trip reports! I'm really bad about reading others, but I couldn't resist the chance to read yours live when I saw it on the main page.

Following now. Perhaps me following you is what will get you that jackpot!

I'm back in the room for a bit. We have bingo at 9. Nit a huge bingo fan but it will be fun. Gambling has been so up and down. This morning I was still about even for the trip. Then slots and vp took 400. But soon gave it back to me! But did I stop gambling? Of course not cause I'm a gambler. Ugh. So I'm down agsin. Have not used today's budget yet so deciding what to do. Here's a couple of half decent wins. 20200910_123856.jpg 20200910_124939.jpg

They had a special deal going on. I got 25% off I think plus $25 food credit a day some freeplay and some bingo matches. Then I'm hoping my play rates good enough to get some taken off.

I finally found some 8/5 BP! It's single line whick bores me easily but at least it stops the money bleed.

So I guess the 8/5 only matters if you hit some 8s. Blah.

I say treat yourself to a fancy drink if you can! Then use 50% of the today's budget for gaming, and the rest for tomorrow/emergency surplus. After all, you do have a lot of time left in Vegas :)

That's probably the same 8/5 BP machine through which I ran my FP last month (broke even). The only "better" paytables I have found on multi-line VP at the Plaza are in the "higher-limit" area near keno.

Guess what! I won a bingo game! Got $75. Cost me $40 to play so that's a win. Other than bingo the money bleed continued. Why oh why did I not stop after my good wins this morning? I'll tell you why... I'm a gambler and a degen.

After bingo I played a few minutes and broke even. No pics to show except this:

Pop up pizza has ice cream! And it's delicious! Great after bingo snack. Now I'm relaxing in the room. Probably a little work in the morning and then I want to check out Fremont street a bit.

    Good night Vegas!

vpFREE2 says all the good VP at the Plaza is the vanilla, single-line stuff. For good VP in multiple “flavors” South Point seems like the most reliable bet :) Speaking of flavors, Pop Up Pizza sells Thrifty Ice Cream (the brand Rite Aid sells by the scoop in most of its locations); had it during my last trip - good stuff  Now I need to try Lappert’s :licklips::feedme:
