September 18th till october 10th Bally's
September 3-8 for a conference.
I am amazed people will say that. I went for a conference once but not “to” a conference. Although I told everyone I was going TO a conference. I didn’t learn the difference until the second day; everyone , almost everyone had badges.
You sir, are to be saluted.
Dude, that's HILARIOUS!!
I swear, I'm registered for a conference, lol. Mrs. Syringe Monkey is coming with. I'll even stagger down to the sign-in desk every morning, so that I get my CME credit. Then I'll stagger back to the room and go back to bed, haha!
Us too. Group of five. Can't wait to go big.
Sept 24 - Oct 8
Nothing like 2 weeks in Vegas. Hotels yet to be determined as the comps haven't all come in, yet.
September 12 - 18
September 25-Oct 2. 3 nights comped at El Cortez, 3 nights comped at The D. Last night TBD. Probably Fremont on a comp as well. All 3 places love me.
Will be there Sept 13 - 18 Staying at the Linq
Going to celebrate my BFF's birthday. September 1-5 Flamingo!!
I am booked at the D and Golden Nugget Sept 2-7
My husband passed away, and we loved Vegasing together.
This will be hard in some ways, but I know I need to go. A scary first solo trip!
My sweetheart promised we would go in the fall, but knew he wasn't going to make it, so he left me and
envelope with Vegas written on it. I just haven't been able to bring myself to go, especially solo!Yikes!
So, if anyone would like to meet downtown or the strip any of those nights for drinks or a slot pull as a group, PM
me as I would love to meet people who love Vegas as much as we have!
I am not sure if seeing the seats he sat in to play poker, roulette seat, or conversations we had here or
there, or the places we ate will be hard or bring a smile of good memories. I hope the latter, but certainly
melancholy, as he will always be my soulmate and will be with me in spirit.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Our trips will not overlap but I will be thinking of you! And I k ow he will be there to cheer you on!
So very sorry for your loss. My dates are later in September, but I hope you have a very nice trip.
Thanks so much!
Enjoy your trip. Unfortunately we are a week apart. Otherwise I would have been thrilled to share a cocktail with you.
And may your husband be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows he’s passed.
Just booked, Sept 7th to the 11th.
Sept 8th - 11th for a Football weekend.
Staying at The Cosmo (for the second time - wife loved it when we stayed there for the 1st time in June, and even though she is not a huge Vegas fan, it makes it easier for her to 'approve/endorse' the trip if she knows we are staying at a place she loves.
We are planning to Lyft down to the South Point early on Sunday to set up camp in their Sports Book.
Not sure where we will be watching Saturday NCAA games (my alma mater, Ball State, is going to be playing the underdog role in the slaughterhouse that will be taking place in South Bend as they visit Notre Dame for the first time in History - perhaps I will drop some money on the Cardinals if the line is more than 35 - hah!).
Likewise on Monday, looking forward to watching the Monday Night football double header somewhere where we can make some wagers, eat some food and drink some drinks (perhaps Lagassi's Stadium).
That's a good spot for Ball State since the Irish play Michigan the week before!!
Separate names with a comma.
