I got my first ever offer in email from playing there for the first time on july 5th for august. I have a question about the food credit and the free play. I have $125 free play I can use 3 days in a row and can be on my card for up to 72 hours after swiping. When I go to vegas, I have free play from multiple casinos and like to spread out my play at different casinos I can continue hopefully getting a lot of free play at each one each trip to hopefully win money and/or keep me playing at least. I also have $100 in food credit

    1. Can I swipe for day 1 free play right before midnight and then day 2 free play right after midnight without using day 1 free play and just swiping? Then play both free plays at midnight together as an example? Like if I stay at plaza and want to do other casinos for that night I can swipe for first day free play, then next day when I come down from the room I can swipe for day 2 and then play both free plays combined.

    2. Can I spread the food credit throughout the trip or does it have to be all at one time?

I also have 3 night stay and am thinking about giving them a try if the AC is good and not noisy like the old rooms at the Cal (I only stay in the premium rooms whenever I stay at the cal because the other rooms AC sucks). Not going to Vegas in August, but planning either near end of September or end of October trip and I assume the offers will stay the same each month til I use it like the other casinos. I usually like staying end of October to beginning of November. (like Oct 30 to Nov 2nd for example) so I can use end of month free play at the other casinos and beginning of month free play. For Plaza not sure if they do that, but I know they do free play 3 days in a row. If they actually do, let me know so I know the options. and same with the food credit...club one I can use the current month food credit end of month and the next month food credit on the first of the next month, same with the free play.

@SoCalMon I stayed at the Cal a few weeks back (end of July/beginning of August to capture month end rewards) and I thought of you so I asked B Connected if I had to stay there to use free play/food. They said YES except if I was a local. Also free play could also be used at Fremont not just the Cal.

I am not a local and I used my July freeplay without staying at Boyd. It was on my card

My August play is also on my card. I check into California on Wednesday

Does it matter what casino you use the free play at or does it have to be the one you put play in at the previous trip?

Can anyone answer my question regarding the plaza on how their free play works? Like for example if I can combine todays free play with tomorrows by swiping at the kiosk and then swiping again the next day and use both days at same time? or does each free play day have to be used at one time on the specific day swiped? I know in email it says will be on card for 72 hours once swiped, so I am curious if you can combine each day to use at once. When I go to vegas, I spread my play around different downtown casinos so I can continue to get offers from each. I rely on free play to keep me having money to play the whole trip and be able to play enough also to maintain the same free play or even get more if I can if slots are paying enough for me to bet higher so far my technique has been working. I know plaza is different than all the other casinos. Plaza says you can use 3 days in a row, but just not sure about swiping, not playing, then swiping again the next day?

and if the food credit has to be used all at once on one day or throughout the trip?

I play at both California and Fremont on every trip, so I am not sure.

if Boyd gave you the free play, you should be able to use it at any Boyd casino.

This all seems like stuff that should occur upon a normal visit....not something the host should go out of his way for. "COVID" is the new norm for lack of service.

I just re-read my plaza email offer. It says 3 suite nights with the $125 daily free play and $100 food credit, which sounds like I would be getting a suite and not a regular room if I decide I want to book there (assuming in september and october I would get the same offer as august..not going this month and not sure if next month or October). How are the suites and the AC? The picture I see from the website looks like a regular AC that might be noisy like the older rooms at the cal I do not like. I like the wall ones, quiet AC. . Also on the site, it says king bed. Do any of the suites have 2 queen beds? Does not matter but just asking. I know its not required to stay there to use the free play and food credit, but knowing I have an option to stay in a suite, maybe I might book there. The important thing I want to know about is the AC because it is hard to sleep in a room with a noisy AC and an AC that does not cool down very well. My body takes a while to cool off in hotel rooms before I can finally go under the covers and fall asleep for some reason. My body likes it cold in the room. At the cal I always have to have the premium rooms, not the deluxe room due to the AC issue.
