Well, its up and running and as far as we're concerned the picture is great, sound is ok too. Lets see how long it lasts, has a one year warranty and UAL Visa doubles that so time will tell.
Big job today was putting the bar together,so a room we probably used 10 times in 13 years will finally get a lot of use.

Sale at T***** D***** (mail order)

    58" $499
    60" $549

I understand that there are several issues with this sale.

    1)It's not $349
    2)There are shipping costs
3)He may not have room for a larger TV

The true door busters are impossible to get unless you plan on skipping Thanksgiving and waiting in line all day.

Some of the standard sales are worth getting there when they open. Last year I got a really nice 42 inch Samsung LED for $400 or so at Target. It's an awesome TV. I was behind at least a few hundred people in line and I still got one.

Stick with the brand name stuff, or pay for an extended warranty.

One of the best values around is $448 for this Vizio LED. The reviews on the site show I am not the only person that feels this way.

This model was released this year.

I just bought one of these for my mother.

Crisp picture and even though it is 60 hz any fast motion is surprisingly good. I have watched a football game on it and there was little to no blur.

Not a Smart television. I wouldn't be concerned about buying from Walmart.
