MyVegas Room rewards email?

    Does any one know how long after you redeem your LP points for the complimentary room offer, approximately how long will it take to receive the e-mail with instructions on how to book your room stay? It's been two days and I have no e-mail with regards to instructions.

    It should be less that a few hours. You may want to contact support to check what email they have for you.

    You may also want to login to your mLife account as that is where the reward will be booked from. It's my understanding that it will also be in your offers after you purchase the reward.

    Thank you for the quick response. I tried contacting support two days ago, but still no response, tried cancelling the offer and re-doing it, but no e-mail came through. I'll try support again. Thanks for your help.

    Check your SPAM box or trash if you have filters on. They're usually sent within seconds of purchasing.
