It was on I 40 for sure and I'm pretty sure it was Bluewater. You're good! Some very nice locally made items. And of course lots of the cheap imports.

I can't get to sleep. Now that I'm so close the adrenaline kicks in.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We didn't make any casino stops I just don't gamble anywhere but LV save my money for there.

Should get in Vegas around 1pm and will make first ACG coupon stop at Arizona Charlies Boulder for a 2fer buffet.

Exactly!!! What are you a roadside savant or somethin?

Any way we went to dinner at a place down the road not the excellent suggestion of El Rancho we opted for a local tex mex joint. It was pretty good I thought but what do I know I'm from Wisconsin. When the bill came she forgot to put the guacamole on the bill. I didn't feel right about it so I told her and she quickly added it with out so much as a thank you. People have such bad customer relations skills today. Or I"m just getting old and cranky.

Does this mean I'll have good karma this trip. I hope so the last couple trips have been bad.

That is one way to look at it.

But the real Karma god and goddess were telling you that here is some free money, $4 bucks or whatever, that you were supposed to go put in a mega million slot, and when it hits, then come back and give the waitress a nice big tip.

Safe travels and good luck, I will be following along. Being from Minnesota, I have always thought about heading out on a road trip like this.
