Hi, I am going with a buddy of mine next week. I don't each much risotto, but he is insisting he wants to have risotto on this trip. Anyone have any suggestions for the best risotto? Strip, downtown, boulder, anywhere else is fine. Thanks so much!

The mushroom risotto at Julian Serrano is outstanding. But file it away for future reference only since Aria won't be open next week

Lobster risotto was really good at Hell's Kitchen, which is open currently. Not sure about the rest of their food, tho. My sandwich sucked.

The flavors change but LeCirque does a fabulous risotto...especially their lobster.

Another good suggestion, but like my suggestion above, Le Cirque isn't open (according to the bellagio website). So I would guess the OP's chance to try it next week are about nil

Allegro at Wynn has wonderful risotto.

Bootlegger Bistro by the south outlet malls has a fantastic sea bass with risotto.

Second Hells Kitchen especially if your buddy watches Gordon Ramsay shows. He’ll get a kick out of that. Risotto is one of the signature dishes on Hell’s Kitchen. The beef Wellington was also superb, another signature dish on HK.
