Wow ... you ARE on fire!

Good things happen to good people. After the Delta debacle, glad to see things are in your favor!

I also caught up with my host last night. I wished him a happy birthday and gave him the short version of my travel saga. He was annoyed that I didn't call him on his birthday to get his help but also appreciated that I didn't. I told him Wynn transportation was on it so there was no need to bother him and I am really glad I didn't.

Will catch up with him more this evening and over the course of the next nine days!

Rats about the rough start, but looking forward to seeing more amazing wins! Have a wonderful trip.

My husband tells me this all the time and it makes me crabby. :) I can't stand shopping, especially for clothes. Once or twice I've had to buy clothes on vacation and it always ends up with me mad that someone talked me into "packing light". It's probably why I prefer car travel to air travel. I can bring EVERYTHING in my car. :haha:

I do most of my clothes shopping in LV. Outlet prices (and £/$ rates) make things very inexpensive. So to that end, it wasn't that extreme to do what I did, I was bringing back clothes anyway. On other LV trips, I often take clothes that I don't want any more, just to pad the suitcase. Then donate them, shop for new and come back with the same amount of clothes that I went with (just entirely different ones!)

    OK, back to Flowers

I crashed hard last night and after rising this am I went down to grab some coffee and lemon for my water from the Tower Suites bar. I then sat in the big comfy chair in the bedroom while enjoying my coffee, water and fruit from the amenity my host left me as I typed my TR notes.

Breakfast at Terrace Point Cafe was fantastic! I had the strawberry pancakes that everyone has raved about and now they are my favorite Vegas breakfast.

After that I played for a while on the VP Hot Roll machine, which was NOT on fire. I got just a couple hits.
    20201228_103712.jpg 20201228_112017.jpg

The machine was showing little love so I decided to take a break and @dbueler and I walked down to Flamingo, where she is staying and where I needed to check in.

They have UX TDB in quarters and I played that for a while but no luck there either so I am heading back "home" as CET had now gotten more than enough play from me for this two-night stay. I plan to play the same machine during the play up promotion next week.

Incredibly, I have not yet unpacked so will do that and play a bit more before dinner at Allegro. This has been a losing day but such a relaxing one with no major plans. The strip and casinos are quiet. It may be poor for business but right now it is just wonderful.

Just caught up and glad you made it safely to Wynn.
100% agree with your earlier comment on the Westin Heavenly Bed. Been a fan for years
Looking forward to enjoying New Years in Vegas through your TR.

If Terrace Pointe can do something like that with chocolate chip pancakes, they might be my fave Vegas breakfast too at some point :licklips::feedme:

Two five-digit winning hands... you’re doing ok ;):haha::nworthy::nworthy::nworthy:

    Nice work,
not kidding, really wanted to play Hot Roll VP at Cosmo,
but the one machine I saw it on was down (malfunction, I think),
    never got to play it.

Tried this new machine at D, never saw it before, only $20 in, waiting for P, we were on our way out.

Keep that Hot Roll rolling! :headbang:

Gambling this afternoon at Wynn was brutal. Ugh. I was playing UXBonus Deluxe. I got one hard earned hand pay but that was it.

We're having dinner at Allegro now. I dined here solo back in November but before that it had been a year since I had been here. Not sure why I haven't dined here more often as our meal and service were great.

I had pumpkin ravioli with brown butter
and @dbueler had margarita pizza. We both had a Caesar salad, which was excellent.

We're going to dine here again later this week.
