Hi everyone, going to be in Vegas next year for our daughters first trip as they just turned 21, staying at the MGM and looking for a nice place to celebrate one of our daughters birthday, steak and seafood is her preference, it will be a big group of around 6 or 7, will have a rent car, any suggestions ??? Thanks for any help...

You've got Craftsteak, right in the hotel, which fits, and is rated as one of the top steakhouses.

Mastro's Oceans Club st Crystals has a great menu for seafood and steak lovers. Ask for a table in the tree house and save room for the warm butter cake.

I have the same question. We are going in March for a 21er. Probably 6-10 people. I am considering different places, trying to find a balance between the palates of different ages and the cost of being a "host". I'm not going to pay for everybody, but the young people will not be able (or want) to afford a nice Vegas place. I don't think that they may want to pay $60 for Wicked Spoon, although it would be a tasty meal for everyone. So maybe just Buca di Beppo's. I would be more open to paying for our kid's friends at a place like that.

Carmine's is great! My high school friends and I have eaten there the last to "VB's" weekends. 6 of us the first time, 8 the second time. Love their round tables for groups that size, makes it easier to talk and the family style meal is great.

Hokkaido Teppanyaki Steakhouse is entertaining for the whole family and you get more bang out of your buck cause it's off the strip. Good place to celebrate birthdays.
