I redeemed a companion ticket and have purchased the ticket to the show. If it turns out I'm not going to be able to go to that show, can I get a refund of not only the loyalty points for the companion ticket, but the first ticket I paid for?
My experience has been that once the tickets are purchased there are NO refunds of any kind either the LP points or money paid. I would say you call the 800 and number and ask, but when I claimed my tickets it was very clear that once purchased there were NO refunds. Let us know what you find out.
did you use the LP's to get the seat for the show yet? If you haven't actually called to get the seat, then you can get your LP's back. Otherwise, if you have, you won't get them back. The seat you actually paid $ for, no, you won't get your $ back.
