I am in Vegas currently. Not actually staying at MC however. Walked through the property and there was no work going on in the actual casino. The limited amount I saw was restricted to the passageways from hotel to hotel. Some places ( inckuding restrooms) are drywalled off. The check-in desk moved to the entrance immediately by the main casino around back. Pool is closed until unveiling of MGM Park. The poker room is closing in the next several days. More changes surely coming in next few weeks.

Yes we went recently and it was close to a full house with a live band and many people dancing. Drinks were about 6 bucks. It was fun and we enjoyed as a break from the casino area
