I got that email today and the first thing I thought was "Gosh times must be tough". Too bad I don't have an FGF to ask to join me.
If I didn’t have something on Saturday I can’t cancel, I’d be gassing up the car in the morning! Just figures...
They might as well add a countdown timer to this tease of an offer. Very shady marketing just like those retailers that say deals are ending in 24 hours however they then restart that same deal after it ends with the same marketing gimmick lol
Was excited to see they now had a Mexican Restaurant until I saw the menu... I hate these kind of foofoo places! Damn now I want Fajitas!
All the casinos are getting a tad desperate. We usually stay at the Palazzo - or places like Bellagio, Delano, or Aria. I play occasionally at the Wynn, but not much. My wife wanted to go to the Wynn (we last stayed there a decade ago), so I scrounged up a casino host after some internet research. Told him I average about 200-300 on tables, and that I was looking for 4 nights. His offer? All four nights comped in a suite. Took me by surprise, but my wife wanted the Delano again, so that's where we're headed next week.
I got this today. The last time I gambled there I got 99 points and it was 10 years ago. ETA: This was good through October 29.
I should hold out for my Wynn offers there - think I gambled there 3yrs ago, threw $300 or so at em and they keep trying to reel me back. We shall see Wynn...
Earned 1200 points in a few hours first time walking in, that got me comp offer of room and free play, free buffets. Used those comps 2 years ago. Almost no offers 2019. Walked in for a few hours in Jan 2020. Played, got a comp'd meal. A few room-comp offers showed up... just before and right after closing. But more recently - nothing. A 15% off rack rate offer. Haven't received any of the offers described in this thread. Worst bet in Vegas: I bet I can figure out how they award comps, generate offers
Not Vegas, but I did get a one-night comp room offer for this weekend from Encore Boston Harbor -- specifically, just for Sunday night (2 August 2020). It was a date extension of an offer they had already sent me that I had not used before it expired at the end of July 2020. I might jump on it, but my regular FP in Boston suddenly disappeared (temporarily, I hope) and I am already booked on a newer, better offer to stay one night at EBH sometime in August. Meanwhile, the last offer I received from Wynn in Vegas was the "welcome back" offer that was way crappier than the gaming offer they sent to me back in March (which I have booked for a stay later in August). @ReTriggerMe If your 15% off offer didn't arrive via email and/or snail mail with a specific offer code, or if you see "Wynn Insider" in the wording, it is not a real gaming-based offer. I think that Wynn -- in both of their US markets -- found a need to generate more gaming revenue on a weekend that straddles the changing of the calendar month.
I rushed off and excitedly Googled the menu too! But alas, nary a burrito, enchilada, fajita or refried bean in sight. That said, their Yelps are pretty good. I'm always looking for good Mexican food on the Strip or nearby. Anyone have recommendations?
This sounds very close to what I’ve been getting (or not getting lol )also, the discounted room rate offer!! I had two comped nights booked for what turned out to be the 2nd week of the shutdown and since then have only heard from Wynn once..;
I haven’t got my Fall offer yet?! I had a great deal for this coming week, but obviously had to cancel. Hoping to go in October, so I will be waiting impatiently for an October offer!
I haven't stayed or played at Wynncore in several years . Just received 3 night Sun-Thurs $225 freeplay. i miss Sinatra so i may have to add to my October trip
Wynn Las Vegas. I still get "casino rate" offers from them similar to that, but usually the prices are more like $129 vs. $85.
