Peppermill agreed to sell Rainbow Club to the Brooks brothers on December 9th, 2019.

With the massive downgrading of their VP one-two years ago and the effective closure of their restaurant for breakfast (which had a sometimes decades-long loyal following of local residents), it appeared RC was trying to court a buyer in the retail market--likely Boyd, owner of the nearby Eldorado. Perhaps EI will approach Boyd in 3-5 years with an offer of sale.

Also noteworthy is Ellis Island's opening of its multimillion-dollar Patio space and a similar gutting of its top VP inventory. On offer are higher limit $5 ACE$ bonus (with the ultra-rare royal pay for unbroken aces) and $2 bonus poker. Gone are JB and DW with excellent pay schedules. Is Ellis getting dressed for a sale to nearby Harrahs?

I was sure impressed with emerald island and their hospitality. First time I was there they walked around with chocolates for all those gambling. I like some of their old video slots too.
