For those who may be in Vegas on a weekend of a home game...
Here is a list with all the trimmings.
We booked our room last night for the Kansas City Chiefs game. Nov 20-23.
Ticket prices are out of Gauge.
Nobody knows if there will be college or professional football this season with fans in attendance or not, but you have to assume the NFL did it right for the weekend of 10/23.
Touchdown Tommy is in town with the Buccaneers and I doubt it's coincidence that the Colorado State Rams just happen to be playing the UNLV Rebels that very same weekend.
You want the marquee matchups for a star studded weekend.
Tom Brady at QB as a visitor.
Superstar Patrick O'Brien distributing some lucky charms for his myriad of elite WR's as visitors.
That's going to be a weekend America gets to celebrate and won't soon forget...you can BET on that (as in wager...not the television network).
I didn't even know Colorado State or UNLV had football teams.. learn something new everyday I guess
PSL's are bigger piles of bullsh+t and a worse scam than Resort Fees.
Oh wow!! The Nov 15th game vs. Denver (4:05pm) is the same day as the Rock n Roll Marathon (4:30pm)
I'm going to beat you up.
I imagine all casino host's are going to bombarded with ticket request. for this game for that game ,they are going to go berserk .
If this stadium doesn't do it for UNLV, I don't know what will. They tried hiring John Robinson when he was 1,000 years old, and it didn't work. They tried hiring the best high school coach in the history of Nevada, and it didn't work. They need a marquee player of some kind to boost that team's profile and get them bowl eligible instead of losing at home to Howard. Keenan McCardell was a long time ago, man. Randall Cunningham was even longer, and he was partially known as a punter. I'm not sure how many recruits you nab over other Mountain West schools, as well as being raided by the Pac-12, with no one of note in the entire NFL.
Thats almost 6 moderately good opponents.
Might try and go to a game if things work out.
Should be there for Broncos/Chiefs/Colts/Chargers, and hopefully let HGS pay for a ticket
a friend who lives in Vegas and has for a long time wasnt up on what was going on with the stadium, I told him that Raiders with play on a real turf like the Cardinals and UNLV will play on artificial turf...he said "why UNLV, we have high school teams that can beat them"...lol
Pretty glad they'll be out of town on Nov. 8. That's Breeders Cup weekend and I was hoping for a quiet time playing the horses.
Who has some tickets for me?
Season predictions from Gruden
They are, but these PSL holders are going to recoup their investment in year 1. Reselling for the Raiders will be a lucrative racket for a few years
Few years ? I say for the foreseeable future.
