This will vary greatly on how long your trips are in Vegas, but for your average duration trip, how much would you say you sleep per night? (If you average 3 days or 7, add up all nights' sleep and divide by number of nights that you are usually staying in vegas.)

Very little, sleep on the flight home or when I die, whichever comes sooner!

If I stay for a week, I get a full 8 hrs a night. If it's a weekend trip, I sleep as little as possible.

I like to sleep a little more when I am there. I get up at the crack of dawn everyday for work, and I am not a morning person, so catching up on sleep while I am in Vegas is ok with me!

I always do 3 nights and sleep, on average, less than 3 hours a night. I like to make the most of my time in Vegas. I won't lie though, usually feel pretty spent by the end of the trip.

  • Adult time
So we get home from vacation broke and exhausted and we keep going BACK! lol

Depends on if I'm winning or losing on baccarat lol but try to sleep least 5 hrs

That all depends on when we call it a night. My wife loves breakfast so that means we have to be ready around 10:00 am. Some nights we are back in the room before midnight other nights it is at 3:00 am. I manage to get a little more since I can be up and out of the room in 30 minutes.

I can usually sleep 4 - 5 hours depending on how much I drink - but if we are doing the pool I will catch a nap there also - both my husband and I are good for a 2 hour nap before dinner if we need it.

Yep. I'll do a nap in the afternoon to make it thru the night.

I sleep my usual for the most part. i even go to bed early and use the alarm clock to get up my normal time.

I always try to live like I am back home. Get up when I do back home, go to bed when I do back home. I don't like to feel like shit.

Sorry, I don't think "sleep" and "Vegas" belong in the same sentence....

Like many others I go Vegas to escape the patterns of every day life, there are no alarm clocks, no set sleep patterns and no expectation that sleep is a requirement. I go has hard and fast as I can and sleep when my body tells me to. It doesn't mean I don't sleep, it just means I don't plan my day around it.

This is what makes Vegas so special for solo trips. I sleep when I want...which is when my body tells me to. Personally, like Sheil813, I find myself sleeping about 5 hours during the night and then catching a 2-3 hour nap sometime during the day. After about a week I find myself having a 10 hour sleep marathon but I do that from time to time at home, too.

  • Another Strip/DT/Off-Strip Trip
Depends on how much I drink and if I pass out or not :woohoo:

"how much do you LIKE to sleep" - 7 to 8 hours. How much do I actually sleep? 5 hours if I'm lucky. Sometimes it takes a few hours for the bed to stop spinning.
