Question for cigar afficianatos

I get mine by mail ,40% tax here ,so the ones I get in samplers are wrapped . Should I leave each one in its own wrapper in the humidor or unwrap them?

Doesn't matter. Cigar flavors will marry, and if you unwrap them they will marry more quickly. If they need humidity the plastic will open naturally.

NEVER mix an Acid type cigar with other non flavored smokes! Keep them in separate humis- unless you want all your cigars to taste like Aqua Velva!

Thanks guys ,I'll keep them in the wrappers. Hotreds ,I dont know the difference between an acid type and others. I only buy 10 or 12 at a time so they only stay in my cheap humidor for a month tops. Never knew that they could affect each other.

Acids are flavored cigars. You don't want to mix flavored cigars with pure tobacco cigars. You look to be ok, flavored smokes are advertised as such and are quite odoriferous.

To the OP, I have removed wrappers prior to putting the cigars in the humidor and other times I have left the wrapper on. Either way, as long as your humidor temp is good, the cigars will be fine.
