QOD sanity check please ...

Let me start off by saying that I do not go all ga-ga when yet another fast food chain invades the Las Vegas area. QED!

However, today's QOD ("... there was a rumor that a Chick-fil-a restaurant was coming to the Las Vegas area ...") has me scratching my head.

I would SWEAR that there already is (or was?) a Chick Fil A in Las Vegas. I swear I've seen one on the drive between the Rio and downtown using local streets. Perhaps on or near Valley View?

Am I on drugs here?

One opened by my house last year. It's packed with a long line of cars at the drive-thru every time I go past. Last time I was there was at 10:35am looking for a breakfast sandwich. They stop breakfast at 10:30am. The lady asked me did I want chicken. I said no. She exclaimed, You don't want chicken?! I hope I'm not banned.

 

I also have seen them in Vegas before but have never had one until earlier this year. It is a pretty good chicken sandwich and their customer service is top notch.
