MyVegas Purchasing vs. redeeming

I'm wondering if I understand the rules properly regarding the 3 in 30 days rule...

For example is it correct that I can "purchase" 10 rewards but only I can redeem 3 in Vegas within 30 days?

I have enough LPs to get more of the smaller rewards but would also like to have a little flexibility while we'er in town.

 

Yes, you can purchase as many rewards as you want.

Yes, you can only redeem the amount that it says on your rewards (usually 3) in a 30 day period.

 

Most have to be used within 90 days of purchasing them as well. Rooms and Shows excluded, but those have to be booked within those same 90 days.

 

Really? Didn't think it would let you... but I guess that makes sense. Just don't try to use more than 3.

 

If I remember correctly, when you purchase the 4th one, before the final purchase page there will be a warning popup stating you can only redeem 3 in the 30 day period. If you are after one of the premium rewards, click thru it quickly.

 

Yep that's a relief. On the 4th reward I got this popup. Hoping to "return" the 1 or 2 I don't use.
